Fixed Term (FTC): 24 months

Your Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare high-quality food and ingredients for cooking demonstrations, customer events, training sessions and meetings, supporting chefs and culinary teams during live demonstrations.
  • Stock & Kitchen Management: Manage food and kitchen consumables, including ordering, receiving deliveries, monitoring stock levels and ensuring effective storage and stock rotation to minimise waste.
  • Appliance Care & Expertise: Maintain and care for Gaggenau cooking appliances and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are clean, fully operational and showroom-ready, while developing confidence in demonstrating their features and benefits.
  • Food Safety, Hygiene & Housekeeping: Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness across all food preparation and kitchen areas, ensuring food is handled safely and all health, safety and food hygiene procedures are consistently followed.
  • Luxury Customer Experience: Support the delivery of exceptional hospitality and customer experiences, assisting with showroom events, room set-up and food presentation while creating an environment that reflects the quality and values of the Gaggenau brand.

Your Profile

  • Food & Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in food preparation, catering, hospitality or a culinary environment is desirable, with a genuine passion for food and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Food Hygiene & Safety: A Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred; however, full training can be provided free of charge upon placement.
  • Professional & Reliable: Dependable, punctual and professional, with a positive attitude and the ability to represent the Gaggenau brand to a high standard.
  • Flexible & Organised: Adaptable and well organised, with the ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer experience, with basic IT skills considered an advantage.
