Customer & Accounts Coordinator

Location: North London – 100% Office Based

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + benefits

Our client, a multinational fashion group based in London, is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer & Accounts Coordinator to join their team.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining customer service, sales and order administration, office support, and day-to-day accounts administration. Working closely with the operations, management, and wider business teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring the smooth running of daily administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors
• Manage incoming telephone and email enquiries
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders
• Coordinate order amendments, deliveries, and transport bookings
• Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and order records
• Follow up customer enquiries and quotations
• Raise sales invoices, credit notes, and customer statements
• Allocate customer receipts and follow up outstanding accounts
• Process supplier invoices and supporting documentation
• Assist with supplier, bank, and transaction reconciliations
• Support payroll administration, VAT preparation, and general bookkeeping
• Maintain product and operational information across internal systems
• Produce sales and performance information for management
• Provide general administrative and business support to the management team
