About Our Client
Our client, is a fast-growing B2B lending business, giving businesses the funding they need to grow. They're on a huge growth trajectory and scaling their team to match - which means real opportunity for people who join early to grow their career alongside the company.
The Role
Our client is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their UK team in London. You'll be the friendly, reliable voice their customers speak to when they need help - handling enquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves a great impression of the business.
This role is UK-focused, supporting their UK customer base - no additional languages required. The client cares far more about how you treat people and how quickly you learn than about a finance background. If you've worked somewhere in retail or hospitality that demanded patience, a smile under pressure, and genuine care for the person in front of you, you already have the foundations for this job.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
