Role: Graduate Customer Experience Advisor
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
An established organisation is seeking a Graduate Customer Experience Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early career candidate looking to gain valuable commercial experience and develop a career in a customer-focused environment.
- You'll join a professional and supportive team, building your communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills while supporting customers throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide friendly, professional support
- Build positive relationships with customers and help resolve queries efficiently
- Manage complaints and customer concerns, escalating where appropriate
- Process, update, and amend orders, customer details, and returns in line with company procedures
- Provide accurate and efficient customer service across a range of communication channels
- Work as part of a wider team to ensure customers receive an excellent experience
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
- A genuine interest in developing a career in customer experience, business, or a related field
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
- Previous customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is desirable but not essential
