Finserve.io is partnering with a rapidly growing London-based FinTech company to identify ambitious graduates and entry-level talent who want to build a career within the payments and FinTech industry.
Our client has enjoyed two exceptional years of growth, doubling in size, and is preparing for another significant period of expansion over the next 12 months.
As part of that continued growth, they are looking to bring talented people into the business at graduate/junior level, with opportunities potentially available across Account Management, Partnerships and Revenue Operations.
No previous FinTech or payments experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Where Could You Work?
Depending on your strengths, interests, and the requirements within the business, you could join one of several teams.
Junior Account Management / Customer Success
Working with existing customers and helping ensure they receive an outstanding experience. You could be involved in:
- Supporting Account Managers with their customer portfolios
- Building relationships with customers
- Responding to customer queries and helping resolve issues
- Supporting new customers through onboarding
- Monitoring customer activity and identifying opportunities to provide additional support
- Working with internal teams to resolve operational or commercial issues
- Learning how successful long-term customer relationships are developed
- Gradually taking ownership of your own customer relationships as your experience grows
Partnerships Support
Working alongside the Partnerships team and gaining exposure to the commercial relationships that help drive the company's growth. You could be involved in:

- Supporting Partnership Managers with day-to-day activities
- Helping manage relationships with existing partners
- Researching potential new commercial opportunities
- Coordinating meetings, information, and follow-up activity
- Supporting new partner onboarding
- Working across internal teams to progress partnership opportunities
- Learning how commercial partnerships are developed and managed
- Taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develop
Revenue Operations Support
Working at the intersection of sales, commercial operations, data, and technology, helping the business operate efficiently as it continues to scale. You could be involved in:
- Supporting sales and commercial teams with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining accurate customer and commercial information
- Helping manage CRM data and internal workflows
- Supporting reporting and commercial analysis
- Tracking opportunities and activity across the customer lifecycle
- Helping improve processes and identify more efficient ways of working
- Working with different teams across the business
- Developing an understanding of how data and technology support commercial decision-making

Whichever team you ultimately join, you'll receive structured training and support while developing a broad understanding of the FinTech and payments industry. Depending on your role, you'll gain exposure to areas such as:

You are not expected to know all of this when you join. The purpose of the opportunity is to give talented people the chance to learn.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for potential rather than years of experience. You may be a recent graduate, approaching graduation, or at the very beginning of your career.

Previous experience or knowledge of FinTech, payments, banking, financial services, or technology would be advantageous, but it is absolutely NOT essential.
