Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a global organisation to recruit for a Graduate who will be primarily focused on large Data Analytics within the Financial Crime Monitoring team.

Working within the Financial Crime team, you will be reviewing and manipulating large data sets, in line with company and legal policies. You'll be reviewing and analysing the data then converting your findings into reports.

This position will see you working across a range of compliance and financial crime monitoring activities, gaining exposure to high-impact projects, regulatory engagement, and control frameworks across global insurance platforms.

Responsibilities & day to day duties

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Monitoring & Assurance activities, with additional involvement across advisory, governance, and investigations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing large data sets, in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Reviewing and manipulating large data with Excel and providing an overview of the data to senior management.
  • Supporting the production of regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and governance committees.
  • To support and assist with the 1LOD Financial Crime Operations Team.

Skills & experience required

This role is ideal for someone early in their compliance or financial crime career, especially if you’re looking to grow in a collaborative and complex international environment.

  • At least 1 year of experience in data analytics (financial services preferred).
  • Able to demonstrate experience in handling large data sets.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
