Turn data into decisions. Shape what’s next. Make an impact.
Ask better questions. Find the insight. Make it happen.
At InPost, we’re changing the way people send, collect and return parcels. Behind every locker, customer journey and commercial decision is data - and we need people who can turn that data into better decisions.
As a Graduate Data, Analytics & AI Partner, you’ll work on real business challenges from day one. You’ll explore data, identify patterns, challenge assumptions and turn your findings into recommendations that can influence what we do next.
Why Join InPost?
This is a two-year opportunity to build your career in a fast-growing technology and logistics business where things move quickly, and no two questions are quite the same.
You’ll work alongside experienced data and analytics colleagues, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and a wide range of business challenges. You’ll also see how automation and AI can help us work smarter, improve decision-making and find new ways to use data across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work across a range of projects, including:
- Analysing our locker network to help identify where new lockers should be deployed.
- Carrying out statistical analysis to assess whether initiatives and projects have delivered the expected results.
- Using SQL and Python to explore, query and analyse datasets.
- Using Excel to manipulate data, test assumptions and identify trends.
- Creating clear visualisations and presentations to communicate your findings.
- Turning analysis into practical recommendations for teams across the business.
- Exploring opportunities to automate processes and improve the way we work with data.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
