Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

About the Role
We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Graduate Developer. As a Customer AI Implementation Engineer you will design and deliver tailored customer experience (CX) solutions using our cutting-edge AI tools. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing consultancy with hands-on technical implementation. You'll be the bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams—ensuring every solution is optimised, integrated, and ready to deliver real value.

What You'll Do:
- Build and customise AI-driven solutions for our clients.
- Translate customer goals into scalable technical designs.
- Spend ~50% of your time engaging directly with customers—workshops, reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Develop secure integrations using Python, C++, REST APIs, and supporting technologies.
- Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to shape future features.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Python and C++ skills and experience with REST APIs.
- Excellent communication—able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering customer value.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
