We are building the future of live broadcast in pure software native for the cloud but with the precision required for the most critical live media content on the planet.

Our software underpins the technology infrastructure for brands like Sky and BBC. If you would like to see your work playing a critical role at the heart of these systems, then get in touch!

We are seeking individuals who have the ability to understand complex systems and the meticulousness to prove those systems work as they should, coupled with the vision to see how they can automate their testing. Candidates should combine a scientific mindset and methodical process with the ability to convince computers to emulate and surpass a human’s ability to test.

The role is available to recent Bachelors or MSc. MEng. Computer science, Physics or Maths or Engineering graduates from 2025 or who are graduating in 2026.

This role is based at our Bracknell Head office, and applicants will need to be able to relocate to the Berkshire/Surrey area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
