About the Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Development Surveyor to join our team at Nansledan, one of the UK’s most ambitious development projects, with the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting housing, commercial, and leisure projects that will shape the future of this growing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Development Director: This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle.
- Support the delivery of residential neighbourhoods, affordable and Build to Rent housing, commercial developments (including a new High Street area called “Market Street”), and community and sports facilities.
- Work alongside housebuilders, consultants, local stakeholders, and colleagues across the Duchy.

What You’ll Do
- From supporting development agreements and financial appraisals to helping deliver projects themselves, you’ll gain experience of every aspect of creating a thriving, sustainable place.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in a development-related discipline: We’re looking for someone with a degree in a development-related discipline who is passionate about property, placemaking, and creating communities that balance commercial success with positive social and environmental outcomes.
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and eager to learn: You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
