Graduate Digital Marketing & Technology Executive

Full time role

London based - hybrid working with 3-4 days a week in the agency

Salary: £28,000 P/A

About the role

We're a specialist B2B digital marketing agency looking for a curious, digitally minded graduate to join our team.

This is an entry-level role for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems and learning how digital platforms work. You don't need previous agency experience or an extensive list of marketing qualifications. We're more interested in your aptitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

The role will begin with learning the fundamentals of digital marketing and developing the practical skills needed to implement campaign activity accurately and effectively.

As your experience and confidence grow, you'll gain a broader understanding of marketing strategy, analytics and performance reporting - helping you understand not only how campaigns are delivered, but why particular approaches are chosen and how their success is measured.

We'll train you in the practical and technical side of modern digital marketing. You'll learn how to manage websites, work with HubSpot and other marketing platforms, build email campaigns, support digital campaigns and interpret performance data.

The role is varied and hands-on. One day you might update a client's WordPress website; the next you could build an email campaign, set up a workflow in HubSpot, investigate a tracking problem or help prepare a client performance report.

What you'll learn and do

Websites & WordPress

  • Update content, images and pages on WordPress websites
  • Create and edit landing pages and forms
  • Carry out routine website and CMS administration
  • Check that pages, forms and links work correctly
  • Identify and investigate common website issues
  • Make simple HTML and CSS changes
  • Support website launches, migrations and improvement projects
  • Coordinate with developers when specialist support is required

HubSpot & marketing technology

  • Create and manage forms, lists, properties and landing pages
  • Build simple automated workflows
  • Support CRM administration and data management
  • Connect websites, forms and marketing platforms
  • Test integrations and investigate technical problems
  • Maintain accurate, well-organised client data
  • Support campaign tracking and reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Examples do not need to come from paid employment. University assignments, student societies, personal websites, online courses, volunteering and self-directed projects are all relevant.

Training and development

You'll receive structured training and practical support across:

  • WordPress website management
  • HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Email marketing and automation

  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Campaign reporting and analysis
  • B2B social and paid media
  • Marketing strategy and campaign planning
  • Client communication and agency processes

There will be opportunities to complete relevant platform certifications and develop deeper expertise in areas such as HubSpot, marketing automation, analytics, website management and digital experience.

What success looks like

During your first three months, you'll learn our core systems and processes, complete routine tasks accurately and demonstrate that you can investigate problems, ask sensible questions and act on feedback.

Within six to twelve months, we'd expect you to be confidently managing regular website updates, preparing email campaigns, carrying out routine HubSpot work and supporting campaign reporting with appropriate guidance.

Over time, you'll become a trusted member of the team who can take ownership of day-to-day digital tasks, understand the strategic thinking behind campaigns and help solve practical marketing technology problems for our clients.
