Location: Ponteland, Northumberland
Salary: £28,000–£34,000 (depending on experience)
We're looking to recruit two full-time Graduate / Early Career MSK Physiotherapists & Pilates Instructors to join our growing team at JL PhysioFit.
This role is ideal for clinicians at the start of their career who are looking for structured support, expert mentorship and the opportunity to develop into exceptional private practice physiotherapists.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Is graduating soon or has up to two years' experience
- Is passionate about helping people
- Enjoys exercise-based rehabilitation
- Is coachable and eager to learn
- Wants to build a long-term career in private practice
Private practice experience isn't essential. Attitude, communication, and willingness to learn matter far more.
