Graduate Electrical Engineer

A growing manufacturer that designs and builds bespoke solutions across Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and Industrial Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate who wants a hands-on start with full training and a clear progression path. You will gain broad exposure to electrical design and controls, with the chance to specialise in either electrical design or controls engineering as your career develops.

The Role

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer you will:

  • Support the design and development of bespoke electrical engineering solutions
  • Assist with electrical design activities and technical documentation
  • Work with PLCs, controls systems and HMIs (full training provided)
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team on projects from concept through to delivery
  • Develop your technical knowledge in a supportive environment with strong mentoring

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a closely related discipline)
  • Interest in, or exposure to, PLCs, controls or HMI systems (highly beneficial)
  • Genuine passion for engineering and a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Proactive, motivated attitude with good problem-solving skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £28,000 – £32,000
