Graduate Electrical Engineer - Water / Infrastructure
£30,000-£35,000 + Progression + Training + Hybrid Working + Car Allowance Scheme + Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you an Electrical Engineering graduate looking to develop your technical and practical skills while working on live water infrastructure projects?
Do you want structured training, support from experienced engineers and exposure to electrical design, installation, testing and commissioning from the beginning of your career?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing engineering consultancy delivering multiple projects across the Thames Water framework. The company will provide full training, hands-on support and relevant industry qualifications, including site and safety courses such as SMSTS where required.
In this role, you will:
- Support the delivery of electrical engineering projects across the Thames Water framework
- Assist with electrical design, installation, equipment testing and commissioning activities
- Attend project sites two to three days per week alongside experienced engineers
- Produce technical reports and project documentation while completing relevant industry training

The Person:
- Graduate Electrical Engineer, Trainee Electrical Engineer or similar
- Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation or a related subject
- Interested in practical, site-based water or infrastructure projects
- Commutable to Chelmsford
