About The Role
As a Graduate Civil Engineer at Keltbray, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects. This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects from day one. Assist in the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects.
- Support site operations, including setting out, surveying, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.

What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (BEng or MEng).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across various locations.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
