Summary

This role is dedicated to facilitating the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of initiatives focused on process and pipeline asset integrity, maintenance, and engineering. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, execute, and track the progress of projects involving process maintenance and asset integrity.
• Conduct field inspections, pipeline surveys, and equipment condition evaluations while operating under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Provide assistance with critical operational procedures, including pipeline pigging, pressure testing, commissioning, decommissioning, and general process maintenance.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret technical and operational data to inform sound engineering decisions.
• Draft comprehensive engineering reports, maintain inspection logs, compile technical documentation, and update stakeholders on project milestones.
• Aid in the deployment of corrosion monitoring systems, cathodic protection strategies, and broader pipeline integrity management frameworks.
• Help diagnose process equipment issues, lead root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Uphold strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, industry standards, client specifications, and all relevant regulatory mandates.
• Engage in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) verification processes to ensure project compliance.
• Contribute to project scheduling, resource allocation, material logistics, and supply chain coordination.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, external clients, contractors, and technical partners to achieve defined project goals.
• Actively participate in technical training sessions, mentorship schemes, and professional development programs to advance engineering capabilities.
• Help assess and introduce new technologies aimed at optimizing pipeline inspection, process efficiency, and asset integrity.
• Keep precise project records and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts and lessons-learned repositories.
• Execute additional engineering and operational tasks as directed by the Project or Operations Manager.
