What you'll be doing:

  • Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture
  • Supporting project delivery and engineering activities on-site
  • Assisting with planning, programming, reporting, and technical coordination
  • Working with design and project teams to solve technical challenges
  • Developing practical engineering and project management skills
  • Receiving mentorship and structured training throughout your journey

We're looking for:

  • Degree or NVQ in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • A genuine interest in the Civil Engineering industry
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
