Graduate Environmental Consultant (Swansea based)

Are you a recent environmental consultancy, geology, geoscience, or earth sciences master's graduate? Looking for your first opportunity to kickstart your career? A well-established ground investigation consultancy based near Swansea is looking to appoint a Graduate Environmental Consultant to support a busy pipeline of residential-led projects across the UK. This role offers structured training, long-term progression, and clear support toward professional accreditation, making it an excellent first step for an early-career engineer.
Role Overview
As a Graduate Environmental Consultant, you will be involved in both residential and commercial ground investigation schemes throughout South Wales and the South West. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with intrusive site investigations, desktop studies, logging boreholes, carrying out groundwater and gas monitoring, collecting soil samples, and helping to prepare both factual and interpretive technical reports.

Requirements
To be suitable for the Graduate Environmental Consultant role, applicants should demonstrate:

- A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Geology, Geoscience, Environmental Science, Physical Geography, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline
- Preferably experience in the environmental / ground investigation industry
- A full UK driving license
- The ability to commute to Swansea and nearby areas
- Full right to work in the UK
