About Woozle Research

Woozle Research is a multi-award-winning primary research firm serving the world's largest institutional investors. Founded in 2016, with offices in London and Glasgow, we work with hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment banks across global markets.

We combine primary research expertise with first-hand stakeholder intelligence to deliver timely, differentiated insight into the real-world factors that drive investment returns. Our work is delivered through two core methodologies: channel checks — bespoke B2B and B2C surveys fielded to targeted, verified respondent panels — and moderated expert calls with subject-matter specialists.

Our work is held to an institutional standard, and it rests entirely on our analysts. Every project — from instrument design and respondent recruiting through to fieldwork and final client output — is run in-house, which is why we invest heavily in developing people early in their careers.

Requirements

About the Role

This is a six-month paid graduate programme for people who want to build a career in investment research. You will work on live client mandates from your first weeks, and you will see how institutional investors turn primary evidence into positions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
