Are you an aspiring Estimator or similar with an Engineering or Construction degree looking to kickstart your career within an established business, who will enhance your career through specialist on the job construction training and a clear scope to management roles in the future?
In this development role, you will receive specialist training from a tight knit team of Estimators, allowing you to become a fully fledged Estimator. You will work on a range of high end commercial and residential new builds and refurbishments, with occasional site visits to support projects to completion.
Founded over 30 years ago, this construction business specialises in the design and delivery of a range of multi million pound residential and commercial new builds and refurbishments. They are experiencing a period of growth and are looking to grow their estimating team to support this.

The Role:
- Receive specialist hands on estimating and construction training
- Supporting residential and commercial building projects from concept to completion
- Site visits to support projects
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
