Graduate Business Consultant - Leeds Office

We are hiring enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious graduates to join Axzel Search's growing Leeds Office as a Graduate Business Consultant. This position is a sales and business development focused role and you will be working towards sales targets and responsible for developing your own client relationships and seeking senior-level talent globally. We require confident, resilient, competitive, down-to-earth individuals who can add value to Axzel Search and help us reach the next level!

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Full 360-degree executive recruitment role working with clients and candidates owning end-to-end senior management recruitment processes.
  • Specialising in a niche industry sector in one of our core markets globally.
  • Developing new business with clients and fostering key customer relationships.
  • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies.
  • Consulting with clients to make the decisions when it comes to hiring executive-level staff and recruitment programmes.
  • Technology-based work with Telephone, Video, Email, and Face-to-Face interaction with candidates and clients as you build your long-term relationships.
  • Working autonomously and independently as well as within a team and growing your industry as if it was its own business unit.

What are the requirements?

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is not necessary, but is preferred.
  • We want driven, confident individuals to fulfill a sales and business development focused role.
  • A positive and resilient mentality.
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Be accountable for hitting targets and growing market/industry that you specialise in.
  • A desire to go beyond the day-to-day tasks.
