Graduate Executive Search Consultant - Fluent in Spanish (and/or) Portuguese

You'll be joining a privately owned Executive Search and Talent Intelligence consultancy. Although boutique in size, the business operates internationally, partnering with organisations that have significant manufacturing, industrial and supply-chain footprints. This is a genuinely specialist market, requiring a deep understanding of industries, organisations and the people who drive them forward.
🌎 An international business with global reach The business has its global headquarters in London, a North American regional headquarters in Colorado, and a satellite office in Australia. Its work spans international markets, giving you exposure to businesses, talent and assignments that extend well beyond the UK.
🚢 Joining the Transportation & Logistics Team You'll be joining the Transportation & Logistics team, a high-performing division with a strong international focus and particularly significant activity across Latin America (LATAM). The team works on assignments across international markets, supporting businesses in identifying and attracting the talent they need to navigate complex supply chains, transportation networks and logistics operations.

🗣️ Language skills are a real advantage. Ideally, you'll be fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish. However, if you speak just one, Spanish would be the preferred language. Your ability to communicate confidently across these markets will help support the team's international work and candidate engagement.
