We've collaborated internally to create a structured, practical training programme designed to give ambitious graduates the strongest possible start in executive search.
You'll have a clear blueprint covering:
- Executive search fundamentals
- Private Equity, M&A and Corporate Development
- Market mapping and research
- Candidate identification and engagement
- Business development and client management
- Executive-level communication
- Commercial negotiation
- Search strategy and delivery
- Building your personal market and network
- Winning and managing assignments
You'll combine formal training with hands-on learning, coaching and exposure to live searches. As you develop, you'll progressively take ownership of your own market, clients and candidates.
