The role
- Researching financial institutions, specialist markets and competitor organisations
- Mapping teams and identifying high-calibre professionals for live search assignments
- Approaching prospective candidates and conducting initial qualification conversations
- Producing detailed market maps, candidate profiles and research reports
- Tracking senior appointments, team moves and wider developments within your market
- Supporting Consultants throughout candidate assessment and client search processes
Requirements
- Russel group graduate with strong academic credentials
- Strong A Level results.
- Naturally inquisitive with excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Professional and confident communicating with senior individuals
- Ambitious, resilient and keen to develop a long-term career in executive search
- Language skills are a plus!
