The role

  • Researching financial institutions, specialist markets and competitor organisations
  • Mapping teams and identifying high-calibre professionals for live search assignments
  • Approaching prospective candidates and conducting initial qualification conversations
  • Producing detailed market maps, candidate profiles and research reports
  • Tracking senior appointments, team moves and wider developments within your market
  • Supporting Consultants throughout candidate assessment and client search processes

Requirements

  • Russel group graduate with strong academic credentials
  • Strong A Level results.
  • Naturally inquisitive with excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
  • Professional and confident communicating with senior individuals
  • Ambitious, resilient and keen to develop a long-term career in executive search
  • Language skills are a plus!
