Our client is a boutique executive search firm specialising in senior appointments across Financial Services, Investment Management, and Private Equity. They work closely with investment firms and financial institutions on high-level mandates where detailed research, market intelligence, and candidate assessment are central to delivering a successful search.

The role
- Mapping companies, teams, and individuals to identify relevant talent for each assignment
- Conducting original research and producing detailed market intelligence
- Approaching prospective candidates and assessing their suitability against client requirements
- Producing longlists, candidate profiles, and client-facing search materials

Requirements
- Graduate with strong academics and evidence of achievement outside your degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Naturally inquisitive with strong research and analytical ability
- Mature, resilient, and comfortable communicating with senior professionals
