Junior Commercial Finance Business Partner
£30,000 - £35,000 + Study + Bens
London - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a growing, commercially focused UK business.
Working closely with the senior Commercial Finance team, you’ll provide analysis and insight across sales, margin, costs and operational performance, helping stakeholders make informed commercial decisions.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to broaden their commercial exposure and progress towards a full accountancy qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce regular analysis of sales, margin, waste and operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Support monthly commercial reporting, providing clear commentary and insight.
- Analyse stock, ordering and operational data to identify opportunities to improve availability and reduce waste.
- Support analysis of product ranges, new initiatives and seasonal activity.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs, including sales, transactions, customer spend and product performance.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, highlighting key drivers and trends.
- Support capital expenditure analysis and investment appraisals.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insight to senior finance and operational stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business, developing your commercial business partnering skills.

You’ll be an analytical and commercially curious graduate or part qualified accountant. You’ll have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to learn, develop and progress your finance career.
