Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in finance?
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded Lancaster-based business that is looking to strengthen its finance team with the appointment of a Finance Graduate. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is keen to develop their accounting and commercial knowledge within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
The role would suit a recent graduate from the 2025 or 2026 graduating classes with a degree in Finance, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related subject.
The Opportunity
Joining a friendly and established finance team, you will gain broad exposure to the finance function and develop practical experience alongside your academic knowledge.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate from 2025 or 2026 with strong UK A Levels
- Educated to degree level in Finance, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline
- Ideally looking to pursue a career in accountancy or finance
- Numerate, analytical and comfortable working with data
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and keen to develop their systems knowledge
- A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Able to work accurately to deadlines
