We are looking for a curious and motivated graduate with an interest in technology, automation, AI and finance processes. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform how Finance operates by supporting automation projects, improving reporting and exploring new technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools.

You do not need extensive experience. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for solving problems. You will work alongside experienced finance and technology professionals who will provide training and support as you develop your skills.

What Will You Be Doing

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Support projects that automate finance processes and reduce manual work.
  • Help document existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in testing and deploying automation solutions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
  • Help improve the quality and consistency of finance data.

Technology & AI

  • Learn how Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools can be applied within Finance.
  • Support pilots involving Copilot, Power Automate and other automation technologies.
  • Assist with creating documentation and user guides.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Technology and Business teams.
  • Gather requirements from users and help translate them into practical solutions.
  • Support training and adoption of new tools.

Skills & Experience

We're interested in candidates who demonstrate some of the following:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in technology, automation and AI.
  • Good Excel skills and an aptitude for working with data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, SQL or similar tools is beneficial but not required.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Finance operations

  • Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and financial reporting.

Power Platform

  • Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.

AI in Finance

  • Microsoft Copilot and practical AI-assisted workflows.

Process improvement

  • Automation techniques, control improvements and workflow design.

Stakeholder management

  • Working with Finance, Technology and business users.

Data analytics

  • Data quality, visualisation and insight generation.
