Graduate Finance Data Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Finance Data Administrator to join a highly respected professional services organisation. Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Finance Data Administrator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate collection, interpretation, and input of financial data from a variety of international insurance companies. Key duties will include:

- Reviewing annual reports and financial statements
- Extracting and accurately entering financial data into internal systems and databases
- Interpreting information from balance sheets, income statements, and accompanying financial notes
- Validating and checking data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of financial databases
- Working with colleagues across teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Developing knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related subject
- Previous internship, placement, or work experience within finance, accounting, data administration, or a related environment
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence interpreting financial information and reports
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
