At DHL Express, we're looking for a Graduate Finance Process & Automation Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills while helping to improve business processes through automation, reporting, data analysis and digital solutions. You'll work closely with Finance, Operations and technical teams to deliver meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency and support business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Finance Process & Automation Analyst, you'll:

  • Support the review and improvement of existing business processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual activity and increase efficiency.
  • Assist in designing, building and maintaining automation solutions, reports, dashboards and internal tools.
  • Analyse, validate and reconcile operational data to support business decision-making.
  • Use Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Automate, to deliver workflow and reporting solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create clear process documentation, user guides and requirements specifications.
  • Support testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance of automation and reporting solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve data, reporting and process issues in collaboration with business and technical teams.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated graduate who is eager to learn and develop a career in business technology, process improvement and data analytics.

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A logical and structured approach to challenges.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to reporting, automation, workflow tools or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint or other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Knowledge of databases, scripting or programming concepts.
  • Experience with technologies such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL or Git would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of process mapping, business analysis or continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Systems or a related discipline.
