deVere Group is a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are recruiting motivated individuals to join our International Financial Advisor Development Programme, providing the training, support and practical experience to build a long-term career in international financial advice.

📍 About the opportunity

You will be trained and supported in a client-facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:

  • Lead generation and follow-up activity
  • Networking and relationship building
  • Client engagement and communication
  • Supporting experienced international Financial Advisors
  • Working in a performance-driven environment

This is a hands-on role focused on communication, activity, personal development, and measurable results.

📈 Training & Career Development

  • Begin with a structured onboarding and training programme designed to develop your knowledge, skills, and confidence from day one.
  • Benefit from digital and on-demand learning, live trainer-led sessions, and practical, workplace experience.
  • Receive hands-on training alongside experienced Financial Advisors, gaining practical exposure to client engagement, business development, and international financial advice.
  • Benefit from ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development as you progress through the programme.
  • Relocation support is provided.
  • As your experience and capabilities develop, you will progress towards building and managing your own client relationships and establishing a long-term career in international financial advice.
