Launch Your Career in UK Financial Services

Wealthmax Financial Advisers Ltd is a growing UK financial advisory firm providing services across:

  • Protection Insurance
  • Mortgages
  • Pensions
  • Investments
  • Commercial Lending
  • Wills & Estate Planning

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Graduate Financial Services Interns who want to develop a long-term career in financial services, client advisory, sales, and business development.

No previous financial services experience is required. We provide structured training and are looking for people with strong communication skills, professionalism, commercial awareness, and the ambition to learn and progress.

Programme Structure

Phase 1 – 12-Week Training Internship

  • Unpaid structured internship
  • Product and financial services training
  • Sales and communication development
  • Client engagement and appointment-setting experience
  • Practical role-plays and call training
  • Exposure to business development and adviser activities

Phase 2 – Paid Development Role

Successful candidates may have the opportunity to progress into a paid part-time development role while working towards relevant professional qualifications. This may include support towards qualifications such as CeMAP and DipFA, depending on your chosen career pathway and business requirements.

Phase 3 – Full-Time Career Opportunity

High-performing candidates may be considered for full-time positions and long-term career development opportunities within Wealthmax. Potential future sponsorship opportunities may also be considered, subject to individual eligibility, performance, and business requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, confident, and commercially minded
  • Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable speaking with new people
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
  • Interest in financial services, sales, business development, or client-facing careers
  • Ability to take feedback and develop quickly
  • A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
  • Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, or Tamil are advantageous but not essential.
