About The Role
The Growth Marketing Specialist supports growth marketing initiatives by combining data analysis, technology, AI, and marketing execution to better understand customer behavior and improve business performance.
This role is designed for someone early in their career who is highly analytical, curious, and excited about using data and emerging technologies to solve business problems. You will support campaign execution and measurement, analyze customer and marketing performance, contribute to experimentation, and help identify opportunities across the customer journey.

This role joins a Global Growth Marketing team, in addition to a passion for marketing, we are also looking for someone with a strong bias toward data and analysis, an interest in AI and automation, and curiosity about finance, fintech, and how marketing activities contribute to broader business outcomes.
This is a growth-oriented role designed to build expertise across marketing analytics, growth marketing, data tools, experimentation, AI, and business insights.
Essential Duties:
- Support the execution and measurement of growth marketing initiatives across channels, including email and in-product experiences, with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze marketing, customer, and business data to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to improve campaigns and customer experiences.
- Support A/B testing and other marketing experiments, helping evaluate results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Apply AI and automation tools to improve analysis, research, campaign execution, reporting, and team workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support coordinated, data-driven growth initiatives.
- Analyze customer journeys, segmentation, conversion, and marketing KPIs to better understand how marketing activity influences customer and financial outcomes.
- Stay current on emerging approaches in AI, analytics, and growth marketing, identifying opportunities to test new tools and methods.
- Demonstrate AI proficiency by regularly applying AI tools to improve everyday productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant professional experience; internships and relevant academic or project experience are applicable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort working with structured datasets.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered tools and an ability to apply them effectively to research, analysis, productivity, or problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing and finance/fintech, with curiosity about how data and technology can influence customer and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SQL or data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Internship, coursework, or project experience related to marketing, data analytics, or finance.
- Familiarity with digital analytics, CRM, or marketing automation tools.
- Exposure to A/B testing, customer segmentation, or campaign measurement.
- Languages always desirable within our global business.
