Visionthree | Manchester | Hybrid | Full-time

About Visionthree

Visionthree is a fast-growing Manchester-based software start-up building innovative 3D design platforms, product configurators and AI-powered applications for some of the UK's leading retailers.

We're a small, ambitious team working on some exciting projects, with plenty more in the pipeline. We're looking for a talented Graduate Full-Stack Software Engineer who wants to get stuck in, build real products and grow alongside the business.

We're particularly interested in developers who have embraced AI-assisted development and know how to use modern AI coding tools to build software faster and more efficiently.

The Role

You'll be working across our applications, developing new features, improving existing functionality and helping us bring new products to market.

As a start-up, we move quickly. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas and work directly with experienced developers on projects that are used by real customers.

We're looking for someone who sees AI as part of their everyday development workflow. Whether that's using Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or other AI development tools, we want someone who knows how to use these effectively to accelerate development without compromising on code quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
