As a Graduate Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll join our collaborative Engineering team, working directly with senior developers to design, build and improve our growing suite of products. You'll gain hands-on experience across backend development, frontend applications, mobile technology and cloud infrastructure. You'll also get something graduates don't always experience: visibility of the bigger picture. Our engineers work closely with product, client success and commercial teams, understanding the challenges our clients face and helping develop solutions that make a difference. And because our technology powers events around the world, there may even be opportunities to travel and see your work in action.

What you'll be doing
- Building and improving features across our web and mobile applications.
- Developing backend services and APIs using Python.
- Contributing to frontend development and user experience.
- Learning from experienced engineers through collaboration, pair programming and code reviews.
- Supporting testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
- Exploring cloud infrastructure, automation and CI/CD processes.
- Getting involved in technical discussions and contributing ideas.
- Helping ensure our platforms remain secure, scalable and reliable.
You'll be supported as you learn, but encouraged to take ownership as your confidence grows.

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Tools & Integrations: GitHub, Auth0, Twilio, Mux, Mailjet, Matomo
Don't worry if you haven't worked with everything on this list. We certainly don't expect you to. We're interested in your potential, not how many technologies you can already tick off.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone at the beginning of their software engineering career who is excited about learning, experimenting and making things work. Ideally, you'll bring:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Some experience with Python through university, personal projects or independent learning.
- A working understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with software development fundamentals.
- Basic experience using Git or another version control system.
- An interest in full stack development and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to ask questions.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.
