Graduate Future Leader Programme 2026
Location: East Leake with rotational placements across Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions UK & Ireland
Salary: £33,000 per annum
What if your first graduate role wasn't following a path... but helping create one?
At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we're looking for exceptional graduates who want to become the leaders of tomorrow.
Not people looking for a standard graduate scheme.
Not people looking for an easy route to management.
We're looking for ambitious individuals who want to challenge thinking, inspire change, and leave a lasting impact on a business that has been shaping the built environment for more than 350 years.
And here's the exciting part...
This is the first time we've launched a Graduate Future Leader Programme.
That's right. No previous cohorts. No established route. No expectations based on what others have done before.
This is your opportunity to join a pioneering group of graduates and help shape what the programme becomes. The projects you lead, the ideas you bring, and the impact you make will influence future generations of leaders at Saint-Gobain.
At Saint-Gobain, our purpose is Making the World a Better Home.
As a global leader in light and sustainable construction, we develop solutions that improve the places where people live, work and learn. Through innovation, sustainability and collaboration, we're helping create a better future for our customers, our communities and our planet.
To achieve our ambitions, we're investing in our future leaders today. With over 6,000 colleagues across the UK and Ireland and a reputation as a Top Employer Global, we're committed to developing our people and creating opportunities for future talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
