We're partnering with an exciting business that's making a name for itself in the performance and sportswear market. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Graduate Garment Tech / Product Developer to join their product team and support the development of high-performance apparel from concept through to production.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years' experience who's looking to learn from an experienced team and build a career within technical product development.

You'll be getting involved in:

  • Supporting the development of sportswear collections from concept to production
  • Assisting with fit sessions, sample approvals and garment testing
  • Working closely with overseas factories to keep products moving through the critical path
  • Helping ensure garments meet quality, fit and performance standards
  • Collaborating with the wider product team to bring new collections to life

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A Fashion, Clothing Technology or Product Development degree (or similar), or up to 2 years' industry experience
  • A passion for sportswear, outdoor or performance apparel
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a busy team
