About the team
The Brand & Content team is responsible for bringing the ICIS brand to life across digital, social, events, presentations, and marketing campaigns. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the team combines creativity and strategic thinking to deliver impactful content that supports commercial goals and strengthens brand consistency.
About the role
To support our growing business, the Marketing team at ICIS is looking for a Graduate Graphic Designer. The role will sit within the brand and content team and be managed by a skilled senior designer.
The ideal candidate would have a degree in graphic and digital design, as the role will take a hands-on approach to producing high-quality design assets for web, social, print and events. This may include but not limited to, video, animation, gifs and presentations. This role is specifically focused on creative marketing content and would suit an individual who is confident in thinking about new ideas and bringing them to life.

Responsibilities
- Able to receive and interpret a brief
- Understanding the goals and interpreting them into actionable design requirements
- Contribute to creative discussions and think broadly about the role the design work will play in landing a great creative concept
- Feel at ease presenting and pitching ideas
- Own, design tasks from brief, through conception, to high-quality delivery
- Able to take on constructive criticism and feedback, with an ability to review own work objectively
- Create mood boards, treatments and design concepts that communicate the end goal and win over stakeholders
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and will always be looking for new opportunities for ICIS to try something brave.
Requirements
- Experience with Abobe Creative Cloud design software is a must, including (but not limited to) Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Portfolio of work demonstrating level of design competency on past projects, including breakdown of involvement
- Experience within design editing tools and software
- Second nature with design techniques, visual elements and compiling creative designs ready for delivery
- Excellent time management, communication, and project prioritisation skills
- Able to work effectively in a team with fantastic attention to detail
- Shorthand, Figma or similar digital content channel experience desired.
