Build One of the UK’s Fastest-Growing Personal Brands
We’re looking for a talented recent graduate who lives and breathes design, loves social media and is excited by the creator economy.
You’ll join a small, ambitious media team building the personal brand of a proven entrepreneur. After growing a software business to more than £50 million in revenue and selling it for an eight-figure sum, he has built an audience of more than 500,000 followers through content about entrepreneurship and wealth creation.
The business now spans social media, YouTube, podcasts, books, online education, creator software, co-working spaces and new technology ventures. You’ll help create the visual identity that brings it all together.
The Role
Working closely with the Creative Director and social media team, you’ll design:
- Instagram carousels and LinkedIn graphics
- YouTube thumbnails
- Brand templates and campaign assets
- Landing pages and waiting lists
- Course, book and product materials
- Marketing content for launches and events

You’ll use AI and other creative tools to rapidly test and bring ideas to life. As part of a small team, you may also help capture behind-the-scenes content, support photography and filming, schedule posts and contribute ideas for campaigns and launches.
About You
We’re more interested in your portfolio and creative potential than years of experience. You may be a recent design graduate, self-taught designer or early-career creative.
You’ll ideally:
- Live and breathe design, social media and internet culture
- Understand what makes people stop scrolling
- Create clean, modern and premium-looking work
- Be comfortable designing for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
- Be interested in AI-powered creative tools
- Work quickly without compromising quality
- Be organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
