QOVES - The Library, London (5 days in office)
About QOVES
QOVES is a facial aesthetics and technology company helping consumers make smarter, more informed decisions about their appearance.
Every day, people make important beauty and aesthetic decisions based on guesswork or generic advice. QOVES replaces that uncertainty with personalised, science-backed facial analysis and clear recommendations tailored to the individual.
Our work reaches millions. More than 2.5 million people follow QOVES across our platforms, and our customers have rated us 4.8 stars across more than 600 reviews. We believe this reflects the care, evidence and sensitivity with which we approach everyone who comes to us for guidance.
We are a profitable, fast-growing company headquartered at The Library in London, with a wider team operating globally. As we continue to scale, we are looking for ambitious graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of data, technology, creativity and commercial growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded graduate to join QOVES as a Graduate Growth & Performance Analyst.
You will work closely with our growth and creative teams to help plan, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat. You will analyse campaign and customer data, identify performance trends and help determine where the company should invest its marketing budget.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-achieving graduate who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and understanding consumer behaviour. You do not need previous experience in performance marketing. We are looking primarily for intelligence, curiosity, initiative and the ability to learn quickly. Any relevant internship, project or commercial experience will be an advantage.
You will receive hands-on exposure to significant advertising budgets, international markets and real-time business decisions from the beginning of your career.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
