We're seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate to join our HR team as a Graduate HR Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career as an HR Generalist, gaining valuable hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while supporting a busy and fast-paced business. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of activities, projects and people-focused initiatives from day one.
Whilst some HR experience would be advantageous, we're primarily looking for someone with the right attitude. We want to hear from individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering high-quality work and are willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in wherever needed.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our HR team, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of Human Resources, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations and HR casework
- Absence and performance management processes
- HR administration and compliance
- HR reporting and people data analysis
- Employee engagement activities
- Policy development and implementation
- Continuous improvement and business projects

You'll work closely with managers and employees across the business, helping to support our people while developing your own HR knowledge and experience.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Educated to degree level (2:1 preferred)
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, positive and professional approach
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The confidence to build relationships with people at all levels
- A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of your work
Desirable
- Previous experience in HR
- An understanding of employment law or HR practices
