Enter the world of AI and the human dynamics that power frontier tech disruptors.
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented individual to join our team as a graduate HR Fellow. This fellowship is designed for someone eager to learn the ropes of human resources and administration in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations, support our people processes, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day administrative workflows and office coordination.
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and employee queries.
- Help organise internal communications, team activities, and logistical arrangements.
- Identify operational gaps and take the initiative to propose solutions.
- Maintain organised records and assist in cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate across teams to align administrative processes with broader organisational goals.

EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputed university.
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Adept in productivity tools and general office suites such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and an ownership mindset.

WORK DETAILS
- Type: Fellowship (3-month, time-bound engagement)
- Schedule: 6 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, onsite
- Location: Acme AI Ltd, Level 5, House 385, Road 6, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216
- Stipend: BDT 13,000 - 15,000 (offered based on time-engagement parameters)
