Role Overview
The Graduate HR Partner acts as a frontline HR representative for associates, team leaders, and area managers in an Amazon fulfilment centre. The role supports a positive employee experience while developing practical knowledge of employee relations, workforce data, and local employment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach team leaders and area managers on people-related topics.
- Act as a point of contact for associates and support day-to-day HR needs.
- Manage employee cases and assist with investigations in line with local legislation.
- Support engagement initiatives and improvements to the workplace environment.
- Work with hiring, shared-services, and payroll teams on recruitment and employee programmes.
- Develop and maintain communication plans with the site HR team.
- Lead or support HR projects through to completion.
- Analyse attrition, attendance, workforce, recruitment, and engagement data.
- Conduct compliance audits under management supervision.

About The Team
The People Experience and Technology Solutions team takes a proactive approach to people management and works closely with operations to resolve employee issues, improve engagement, and support Amazon's wider goals.
Basic Qualifications
- Completed university degree before the start date, or graduation within the previous 24 months.
- English language ability at C1 level or above.
- Degree or work experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR information systems, employment law, payroll, or HR practices.
- Experience handling confidential information and working with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Microsoft Office skills and experience analysing data for leadership reports.
