Graduate HR & Payroll Advisor

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Description

WFS is looking for an ambitious and driven graduate who is keen to start their career with a global organisation.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a graduate level individual to join our HR and Payroll team. You will be learning all aspects of HR and Payroll whilst working with a team of talented individuals who are passionate about what we do.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Please note that this is an office based role Monday to Friday.

Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:-

  • Process monthly payroll changes ensuring accurate data is uploaded to the payroll system
  • Prepare payroll reports to support business requests
  • Support recruitment activity - create job advertisements, sift candidate applications and support with interviews
  • Manage onboarding and induction requirements for employees within defined area
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on handling disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Manage HR administration ensuring systems are updated, processes are completed and data is accurate and up to date

To be successful in this role you will need:-

  • Degree educated or equivalent, ideally in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Able to analyse data and knowledge of using Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Ability to be discreet when handling confidential data
