What will you be doing?
We have an exciting learning opportunity for an HR Graduate, which will include exposure, understanding, and application of the following:
- Performance Management process support
- Industrial Relations / Employee Relations
- Recruitment Processes
- Learning & Development and Facilitation support
- Time management, teamwork, and conflict management
- Workshop planning, coordination, and admin support

- MS Office, especially Excel

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
Programme Information
This is a 12-month Graduate programme based at our Durban site, working across the KZN region reporting to the Regional HRM. Successful incumbent will at times support the National Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects/tasks. Successful incumbent may be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units.
