About Stride Social
Stride Social is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency connecting brands with standout creators across global markets.
We're growing our Talent Management team and are looking for ambitious, commercially minded people who want to build a career in the influencer industry.
No previous influencer management experience is required. If you have a marketing background, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed, we'll give you the opportunity to develop your skills and build your own portfolio of creators.
The Role
As an Influencer Talent Manager, you'll be responsible for discovering, signing, and managing influencers while building relationships with both creators and brands.
You'll gain hands-on experience across influencer marketing, talent management, sales, negotiation, and campaign management.
Your Responsibilities
- 🔎 Researching and identifying up-and-coming influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- 🤝 Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators
- 📞 Conducting calls with potential creators and introducing them to Stride Social
- ✍️ Signing and onboarding new talent
- 💼 Negotiating brand deals and partnership opportunities
- 📊 Managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
- 🌎 Growing your own network of creators across the UK, US, and international markets
- 📈 Developing your commercial and sales skills while growing your own portfolio

Who We're Looking For
This role is particularly suited to recent marketing graduates, university graduates, and ambitious early-career professionals looking to break into influencer marketing.

- 🎓 Have a degree or background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
- 🗣️ Have excellent written and spoken English
- 📱 Understand social media and the creator economy

- 🤝 Enjoy networking and building relationships
- 💬 Are confident communicating with creators and businesses
- 🧠 Are commercially minded and interested in sales and negotiation
- ⚡ Can work independently and manage your own time
- 🔥 Are hungry to build something for yourself rather than simply looking for a traditional 9-5

Earnings
This is a commission-only position, with earnings directly linked to your performance and the creators and opportunities you build.
Our earning potential is £2K–£14K+ per month, with no fixed ceiling on commission.
