Graduate Inside Account Executive

Description

The Graduate Inside Account Executive (iAE) is responsible for owning the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts. This role involves developing relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies, and ensuring efficient business processes. The Inside Account Executive will work closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
  • Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
  • Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
  • Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
  • Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiatives.
  • Engage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
  • Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s degree acquired within the past 12 months
  • Up to 2 years of work experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies.
