Role Description
This is a full-time, Graduate / Intermediate Structural Engineer role based in the Midlands. The role involves:
- Assisting in the analysis and design of structural elements for buildings and infrastructure
- Preparing engineering calculations
- Contributing to technical reports
- Producing and updating drawings and models using CAD tools
- Coordinating with senior engineers and other disciplines
- Supporting the review of designs for safety, serviceability, and constructability

Day-to-day tasks also include:
- Attending project meetings
- Responding to design queries
- Supporting site inspections or surveys as needed to ensure designs are implemented correctly
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
- Ability to perform Structural Analysis and engineering Calculations to support safe and efficient designs.
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD for preparing and modifying engineering drawings and models.
- Working towards or have attained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Progress toward professional registration (e.g., chartership) is an asset.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical information clearly.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-based environment.
