Graduate Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: Based in the City of London
Salary: Competitive basic salary + bonus per hire
The Role
After a record-breaking 2026 which saw us grow our headcount in London by 100% we are now hiring for a graduate Internal Recruiter to be based in our London HQ. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who may have an interest in working across the Life Science and STEM sector and are looking to start their career in Internal Recruitment.
This exciting new role will work with our Director of Global Talent to recruit across all of our offices including London, Leeds, and New York. As such, the successful applicant will be incentivized to grow each of these hubs and will have performance-related targets.
This role would suit a recent graduate interested in a sales career. Energy, enthusiasm, and a focused approach to recruitment are required for such an important role for the business. The position will be highly rewarding and give someone the opportunity to make a mark within the growth of our business and mould and shape the workforce. You will be hiring graduates to work within our business as well as mapping out and headhunting experienced hires also.

Your primary duties:
- Working directly with the Director of Global Talent to develop and improve candidate and brand awareness.
- Working on targeted searches for key roles within the business.
- Headhunting candidates and market mapping for current and future roles.
- To attend Industry-specific conferences and symposia on behalf of Skills Alliance and represent the brand and organization.
- Build talent pools of experienced hires across all office locations as well as new office locations.
- Screen resumes and qualify potential candidates interested in roles with Skills Alliance.
- Act as a brand ambassador, attracting the best possible talent to our organization.
- Provide new and forward-thinking ideas around talent pooling, attraction, and retention.
- Assist and create marketing and talent attraction ideas.

Key attributes, experience, and requirements:
Skills Alliance is looking to recruit confident, self-motivated, determined, and ambitious individuals.
- You should be well educated to degree standard ideally, have strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with a variety of candidates. This role will involve working with Senior Management teams so you must feel confident in this area.
- An interest or want to do a sales role is a must. Within this position you will need to utilize your sales ability to attract the best possible talent.
- You should have the ability to build networks, develop your own personal brand, and manage multiple assignments.
- Your ambition to succeed in a pressurized and competitive yet extremely high integrity-based environment must be clearly evident.
