Grosvenor Summer Internship Programme
Grosvenor currently has the opportunity for up to eight interns to join our team for a five-week summer internship programme.
The internship, which will start early July, is based in our Central London office. Candidates on the programme will have the opportunity to work with one of the teams within Grosvenor to develop their commercial acumen, understanding of Grosvenor and of the wider real estate sector in a supportive, innovative and inclusive environment.
During the internship the successful candidate will:
- Spend time with one of our business teams to understand strategy, activities and priorities.
- Work independently on a variety of tasks and activities to support the team. This could include financial analysis, data modelling, reviewing documents, conducting research and/or assisting with the preparation and management of reports and papers.
- Attending meetings with members of the team to get an insight into their roles and remits.
- Learn more about Real Estate and the Grosvenor business through a programme of talks, presentations and location tours.
- Complete an assigned project during the internship and present their thoughts and findings.
This paid internship is open to those who are in their penultimate or final year of study, or who have already graduated. Interns on the programme in Summer 2027 will be offered the opportunity to apply for a graduate role, with successful candidates starting in September 2028. Applicants must therefore be available to start the two-year Grosvenor Graduate Programme in September 2028, should they be successful in securing a graduate role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
